Manager/Supervisor
The ACD, Art & Design at Likeable will concept and execute creative for social campaigns while inspiring, leading, and driving the creative process—from collaborative ideation to design execution, through to final delivery. You have a strong understanding of social media culture, a desire to think differently about what advertising can be, and an ability to create breakthrough work that inspires our team and our clients with budgets both big and small. You will also play a key role in building client relationships, supporting new business efforts, and making strategic decisions around creative execution and production.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Lead teams in a wide range of creative deliverables, from day-to-day social content to 360° social campaign ideas; develop conceptual directions, both independently and collaboratively.
- Partner with Art Directors/Designers, Content Strategists, and Leadership to lead client-facing creative presentations; provide strategic solutions and design rationale in a persuasive, professional manner that shows a deep understanding of client vision and needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by presenting work confidently, listening actively, and acting as a trusted creative advisor.
- Play an active role in new business development, including creative concepting for pitches and representing the agency’s creative point of view.
- See creative vision through from concept to completion on photo and video shoots by creating production documents, articulating vision to production teams, and being on set for execution.
- Collaborate with Studio Team to develop creative guides for shoots, including location, styling, talent, and photo/video style samples.
- Make informed decisions around design execution and production needs—identifying freelance and vendor support, scoping project deliverables, and overseeing quality of final output.
- Partner with leadership to provide input on scoping, pricing, and budgeting for creative and production-based projects.
- Develop and oversee the art direction and design language for everything from campaign identity to video, photography, social assets, and physical collateral.
- Stay up to date on social media, culture, and aesthetic trends to ensure clients remain relevant both in content approach and visual style.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to produce a wide range of creative deliverables (still images, GIFs, cinemagraphs, presentations, stop-motion animations, narrative videos).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interactive design, or advertising
- 5-7 years of related industry experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint; UX/web knowledge a plus
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative execution
- A multi-disciplinary design background: strong typography, layout, photography,
- illustration and motion skills (working knowledge of interaction and UX design a plus)
- Ability to communicate clear creative direction, both conceptually and aesthetically
- Awareness of client budgets, costs, and general management of financial concerns associated with projects
